Worst hosts ever. This is a blog entry detailing me trying to stop them from deleting our palmpixels account, them saying “sure we wont”, then turning around and doing it anyway. now they’re threatening legal action unless I take down my blog post about how crap they are!!!

I have written a letter of compaint to streamline.net because I paid them to host my website and do not have a functioning site.
About a month ago, I found that I could no longer access my account. I reported the matter to the company and the majority of my emails are either ignored or I get an automated responce.
I will sue Streamline.net if they do not provide the service I have paid for.
You are right to complain about this company. They are Crap!
We thought we were signing up to a free trial on streamline.net but they charged us for a whole years worth of hosting instead. We complained, they refused refund, so we thought what the heck, we’ll give them a go. As it happens content management systems configurations, like mod_write (i.e clean urls on drupal) don’t work on streamline.net further more mysql databases are on external IP’s not localhost. When i tried to change my email on their account panel it broke, now i have to put in a ticket to reset my email passwords, absolute pants.
Only thing i have managed to get working is wordpress.
In my opinion streamline.net are a waste of money.
streamlinenet are total shite. Just can hardly ever contect to our site. We have important emails waiting. Its a joke
Ah, Streamline.net - the worst host ever. I had a Wordpress site hosted with them which was unbearably slow and their customer support a joke. I saved a transcript of a conversation I’ve had with their customer support to show this:

They are not only bad, they are thieves. If you try to cancel your 3 month trial, they will not do so. You will first get asked a hundred questions. Are you sure you wish to cancel? Double sure? Do you want to phone a friend? Until it has gone past the 3 months point when they then charge you for their 2nd most expensive package. The only way to then get a refund is to go through Derby trading standards or through the courts. One guy has just won the first round of his case against them. The courts agreed their terms and conditions were illegal and have ordered them to pay up.
