iTunes & swiss nazi gold bank collaborate1 min read

UBS is THE biggest swiss bank. needless to say UBS is as dirty as they get – think nazi gold etc.
this last monday UBS has announced that they will exclusively sell so called song cards to their youth account holders.
with these song cards, comparable to pre-paid phone cards, users will be able to download songs from iTunes switzerland without a creditcard. no mention when the swiss iTunes store will finally open shop… grml.
classify under: bizarre apple choices

here’s the pressrelease [in german]

edit: iTunes switzerland has opened shop yesterday. bummer! more spending money on useless junk. ugh.

  1. re Swiss iTunes store: maybe you ought to check your local installation off iTunes … it is open since yesterday! UBS’s awareness of Apple’s rather strict policy regarding product announcements by third parties may have something to do with their reluctance to mention that.
I will not honour your other remarks with a comment, however.
