while everybody else is going digital, DJing with iPods and laptops, russian DJ Aptem Artyom is reversing the trend by using cassettes. remember cassettes?
on the “turntables” that he built himself, or at least i assume he did, he has several pitch controls of up to +-25% [which beats the good ole 1210mk technics +-8%] and a jog-dial for those essential small corrections to match the beats. i love it! [via waxy/links]
