ruff linkage . 200529

[stuff what got stuck in my browser tabs this last week or so]
as you may or may not have noticed i was COMPLETELY absorbed in … you know what … this whole week, so this will be a short ruff linkage. in no particular order:

:flash: chinese to unicode convertor – i love this tool. it will convert non-latin characters to unicode, just copy/paste and hit process. not just chinese anymore!

:flash: downloading trouble at the bbc – apparently the bbc got accused for making all the beethoven symphoines available for free download. a classical label says it is unfair competition.

:flash: opening up the wayward can of worms– oops. internet archive sued for publishing copyrighted content. hmmm. [via waxy/links]

:flash: car sex in china [NSFW] – i just love the expression on some of these guys faces. [via b3ta newsletter]

:flash: on US TV – yup, and as a consequence america is VERY much on board now…

:flash: DJ Crook Air- Swiss Quality Boots – swiss bootlegs for the summer. [via sis]

:flash: skater jumps chinese wall – you watch the video. it is impressive.

:flash: bbc comedy show to debut online – w00t w00t! “BBC Three is to premiere comedy series The Mighty Boosh on the internet before it is broadcast on television. The second series of the show will premiere via broadband from 19 July – a week before it is shown on television. ”

:flash: flickr wernotafraid group – yes yes yes

:flash: metro logos – metro logos from around the world. [via k10k]

:flash: what do you do with a drunken alfie? – just because. i’ve had a few such chats with alfie and they do tend to be hilarious. much language invention.

that’s all for now, and i do realise that my via s are very weak this week. please excuse.
