Most people will give in at that stage simply because hiring a lawyer to contest even the most frivolous lawsuit is too expensive. That's what sucks about it :-(. And yes, we ARE responsible for comments made in our blogs. You can bet your pretty little butt on it. As soon as you read the comments, you know what's in them, and that makes you responsible. It's not the same thing as an internet provider that is only providing access without monitoring the traffic.
