offf – festival of post-digital creation culture – LOVE DAYS the great rock’n’roll swindle

ok, somebody explain this to me, please. is digital over? and is not all creation also culture and vis versa? love days sounds hippie while the great rock’n’roll swindle is a punk reference? i dunno. i might be to dumb to fully grasp this festival title

now food, chloe: this may come as a surprise but barcelona really is quite the vegetarian paradise:

sesamo – comida sin bestias [gourmet vegetarian] c/ sant antoni abat 52, 08001 barcelona 93 441 64 11 Monday, Wed, Sat 13-17h y 20-1h, Tue closed, Sun 8 p.m. – 1a.m. = i love their tagline “food without beasts [or animals]”. and even if i would not call the food they serve “gourmet vegetarian”, sesamo does offer nice and creative food at a reasonable price. lunch is 8.80 for a full menu w. drink and desert included.

organic [mediterranian and multicultural cuisine] c/ junta comerc 11, 080001 barcelona 93 301 09 02 – open daily 12:30 – 24:00 = huge spacious relaxed setting, great salad buffet, 9.- for a full menu includes salad buffet, main dish from choice of 5 and desert.

foodBALL camper – [conceptual, ballsy food] c/ elisabets 9, 08001 barcelona – FoodBALL quite literally serves food in the shape of balls. not everything on the menu is vegi, but they have enough options. rice balls, paella, desert, ballshaped sandwiches. innovative and next door to the very cool casa camper hotel, these guys are building their imperium on discerning shoe owners the world over. i dunno about you, but almost all the shoes i own are by camper.
