vegetarian soy-saussage, cut in half & fried in olive oil
light sauce made of arrowroot-starch, soysauce, onions, red peppers
mashed potatoes with lots of nutmeg
chard, steamed and sprinkeled with lemon juice
cherry tomatoes

cooking time: 13 minutes

vegetarian funk food
inspired by some far off meaty cousin, so?
just better…
neither slow nor fast food
