last saturday in das magazin i read about this project called Wie bei Freunden. based in zurich basically they cook a meal at their home and invite people to sign up for the night. they have a mailing list of about 200, to spread the word for the next event and then 10 people get to go, for 85.- a pop.
i have been thinking about a similar concept for a while now, but i am unsure if it could work.
because i have in mind to cook a vegetarian meal using all organic (bio), regional and seasonal food.
once a month.
bring your own booze.
i am quite the cook, but i hesitate, because i wonder if we could find people willing to eat vegetarian food and traveling to this shit place (biel). hmmm
but the idea is deffo very cool.
