meertrübeli gelee

aprikosen mit limettenschale

pflaumen mit verveine oder
zwetschgen mit verveine

brombeeren mit rosmarin

feigen mit ingwer und zitronenschale


woot, jam and jelly season has startet. these are the flavors we usually make:

elderflower/lemon jelly

red currants jelly

apricot with lime rind jam

plums with verveine jam

blackberry with rosemary jam

figs with ginger and lemon rind jam
