ricotta 500g
unsalted butter 100g
parmesan 50g
garlic clove 1
cherry tomatoes 300g
olive oil
eggs, organic 6
creme fraiche 200ml
thyme leaves

preheat oven to 200. butter an oval baking dish. grate parmesan. dust the dish with parmesan.

peel garlic and cut in half. toos tomatoes with the garlic, 1 tbspoon olive oil and season. bake for 15 min in different dish.

mix the eggs and ricotta until light. put in a bowl and stir in the creme fraiche and half the thyme. season.

spoon the ricotta mixture into the baking dish, scatter over tomatoes and remaining thyme. drizzle with olive oil. bake 20 min.
