because of some health issues i had to look into probiotic drinks.
it is beyond me why there is no organic such product to be found in switzerland. or at least i have not found it yet. i cannot comprehend why people would consume their probiotic supplements in yogurths made from non-organic milk, which as we know may very well contain antibiotics that the farmers feed their cows.
That’s why I always make my own yogurt or kefir nowadays. We simply don’t know how they made the yogurt that’s available in stores. I’ve read that the ones in stores have a few probiotic bacteria because of the process that makes its shelf life longer. Here’s a really good video that also explains why homemade stuff is better :
