tofu scramble = like scrambled eggs, but made from tofu
(fry onions & finely cut veggies till crisp, crumble a dry tofu into the mix, spice with herbs, salt pepper and some cumeric for color, add soymilk to get the right “scrambled egg” texture)
white beans in tomato sauce
baked tomatoes, cut in half, oninon, basil, salt, pepper
hashbrowns
