a few days ago i blogged about the textamerica.com conditions being evil re: propritarial rights to the images.
i was just informed that this have been changed!
12. By posting images and/or text on Textamerica.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Textamerica.com and Liberation Management LLC for any and all damages or liability sustained as a result of your failure to comply.

but we elsewhere in the terms and conditions we still read:
14. Textamerica.com may use, sell and/or share with its affiliates any information provided by you on this website, including your name, e-mail address, usage patterns, and uploaded images and text.
and:
17. Textamerica.com and any images and comments on this website are intended for personal use only and may not be used except by Textamerica.com for commercial purposes.
so here it is then: article 12 was changed! good! but elsewhere the same info is still there.
and its even worse, they can sell all my info, my images, my email address, my comments …
and in my book thats much more scary stuff!
