it’s one of these novels like i would usually hate them.
it’s actually a theoretical book disguising as a novel, and it is therefore much too theoretical, wiseassish, almost preachy, and oh so full of itself.
but the author is so smart and there is so much incredibly relevant information in there, that i would almost say, it’s a must read book!
the reflections about the development of conciousness, and the roles the different “generations” from babyboomers to gen X and Y are playing in this, are simply ringing so true, that i would carefully venture the highly unpopular word truth for them.
