brrrrrrr. shiver. omg. i thought we were expecting a global warming, not a global colding. whoever is responsible for the weather, make it warm already. i wanna wear shorts.

baulmes was robbedok, ok, it was a miracle to begin with that the fc baulmes, the football club of a 1000 person village and pride of the whole region, was able to stay in the second highest league of switzerland for as long as they did. and what a great symbol it has been, a small passionate fotball club can make it among the rich clubs.
now the dream is over, fc baulmes is relegated to the lower, regional divison. but the way it happened, that’s just too cruel … omg.
all the fc balumes needed was a victory to climb above the ominous bar since the 2 other teams envolved in the relegaton struggle were facing eachother. by halftime baulmes was up 2:0, but after 62 min. locarno manged to inscribe first one and then in the 92nd minute of the game a second goal. in the 92. minute!
my godson, who lives in baulmes, doesn’t care. for him the fc b is last years hype. now i do wonder what the village with its 1000 inhabitants might do with its plans for a 5000 capacity stadium?

Filewile are a duo seen rocking clubs for the last years with their dub infused Electronica sets. «Nassau Massage» brings together guest artists from many corners: Nicolette (British vocalist formerly of Massive Attack fame), New York rapper and now Berlin resident RQM, Rider Shafique and Mr. Melody alongside Baby Chann bring on their versatile UK Reggae flavours. tarik offers me a glass of milkone of my highlights in recent times has been to watch my godson tarik discover the internet. it’s only been a few months since he has access to broadband internet connection, now we often chat on skype, he tells me about gaming websites he frequents, he spams me with emoticons, even his webcam worked for awhile. he has a digital camera and sends me emails with huge photos of him snowboarding. i can feel his buzz, his exitement to discover this world, it is bloody amazing…
status: waiting for repairon friday 11. my nokia N95 died on me while trying to do a simple firmware upgrade. nokia phones luckily come with an european warranty, so i was able to hand the phone in for repairs at a regular orange shop the following monday, 14.5. 10:25. an enterprise called repairnet.ch handles repairs of nokia phones in switzerland. on my confirmation slip i received login information, that gives me access to this “great” customer service on their webpage allowing me to track the status of the repair.
i am sure this service is well-intended, but after a week of receiving the same results and things not changing one bit, it may not so great after all.
since last tuesday i know, that my phone was in fact picked up from the store, since then however it has been “waiting for repair”. gah.
i wish there was a nag button, that would allow me to shout into their factory “oi. get on with it already. fix it and gimme me my bloody overpriced phone back”.
