nice atlas online.
according to this information the population of switzerland is expected to decrease in the next 50 years. is this a mistake or is this an actual tendency due to the birthrate being lower than the deathrate. i would expect that this estimate does not take migration into consideration.
Country (long form) Swiss Confederation
Capital Bern
Total Area 15,942.16 sq mi
41,290.00 sq km
(slightly less than twice the size of New Jersey)
Population 7,283,274 (July 2001 est.)
Estimated Population in 2050 6,549,633
If things go on as they do nowadays, “migration” will no longer make sense in 2050 in Switzerland… so it might be an accurate estimation in the end.
note: ah, ‘Underworld’… gotta love the 20th century “explained” through the problem of nuclear wastes, hehe.
oh, yer spoiling the whole book for me dude… he he
Na, there really are many ways to get it, i guess, it’s such a fucked up narration 😉
that it is that it is. a genius gone quietly nutty??? i love it tho
