Title: A Very Groovy Place
From pop to its deconstruction, this would pretty much sum up this mix. Things deteriorate after Belgian pop musician Angèle with her polite take on the French version of #metoo, where balance ton porc becomes balance ton quoi and she trails off mid-swearword. The two following tracks were on the excellent and rare (I mean rare on vinyl) MASK compilations published in the late 90s on the SKAM label. Hell Interface is a Boards of Canada moniker. The mix ends with a very intimate song by talented, local artist Leoni Leoni, in which she wonders if there is Covid in tears.
So there you have it, another Pieceocast, a podcast of sorts. In a way. Possibly. Maybe. Guaranteed without talking, just music and samples!
